Although the track title says otherwise, the rising LA based artist is definitely steering us in the right direction. Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA “Misha” is in a category of his own. With a rock and heavy metal back-round, he embodies the attitudes and energy of his influences and re-packages it into a string and 808 driven sound of his own. The valley native is making a small name for himself locally and we are here for it!
The “Clooney” produced record begins with a dark hypnotizing melody accompanied with a humorous dialogue from “Misha” himself. Not expecting what is next the record picks up rather quickly. Misha’s vocals guide the song forward with “Clooney’s” signature heavy trap drums to accompany his performance. The stand outs for me personally were the introduction of the guitar solo towards the end of the second hook. You can definitely start a virtual mosh pit to this one!
The rising star is coming with a ferocity that we are keen to see come to fruition. Not many come swinging out of the gates like this and it has left a lasting impression.
